A Perfect Pet Rescue was started by Nancy Hanna to answer a need in Mercer County to assist homeless dogs.
Nancy operates a boarding and grooming facility in Celina, Ohio, and is frequently requested to help find homes for dogs and puppies that have either been found as strays, or by families who can no longer keep them. In addition, she helps many dogs from the Mercer County Dog Pound, and maintains a good working relationship with the Mercer County Dog Warden.
